MembersReel.com respects the rights of individuals who appear in content on our Site. If you appear in a video or image hosted on MembersReel.com and wish to have it removed, you may submit a content removal request using the process described below.

To request removal, email removal@membersreel.com with the subject line Content Removal Request and include:

  1. URL(s) — The direct URL(s) of the specific page(s) or video(s) you want removed.
  2. Description — A brief description of the content and the reason for your removal request.
  3. Proof of identity — A copy of a government-issued photo ID confirming you are the person depicted. Your ID will be used solely to verify identity and will not be retained after the request is processed.
  4. Your contact information — Name, email address, and phone number.
  5. Statement — A statement that the information provided is accurate and that you are the person depicted (or are authorized to act on their behalf).

Processing

We review all properly submitted requests and will respond within 5 business days. If your request is verified, we will remove the content from the Site as promptly as practicable. Incomplete requests (missing URL, missing ID, or missing statement) will be returned for additional information.

Prohibition on Fraudulent Requests

Submitting a fraudulent content removal request — including falsely claiming to be the person depicted — may constitute fraud and may be subject to civil and/or criminal penalties.
